Appointments at The House of B3 are reserved in dedicated time blocks to ensure quality, comfort, and consistency.

By reserving an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.


A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Booking & Deposits


Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations or changes within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Because appointments are reserved in extended time blocks, last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that time to another client.


Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

  • If the service cannot be completed within the remaining time, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

This ensures we can remain on schedule for all clients.

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and any required add-ons at the time of booking.

  • Add-ons account for additional time and preparation and must be scheduled in advance.

  • If additional work is required and time does not allow, services may be adjusted or rescheduled.

If you are unsure which service or add-ons to select, please reach out prior to booking.


Unless otherwise noted, all services include a wash, condition, and blow-dry.

  • Excessive tangling, matting, or shedding may require an Excessive Detangling add-on.

  • Hair must be free of lice, open sores, or scalp infections.

  • Services may be declined if hair or scalp conditions compromise safety or results.

Our priority is hair health and quality outcomes.

Hair Preparation


Extension Hair & Quality Standards

Premium hair is available for purchase through The House of B3 and requires up to three weeks’ advance notice.

  • Only approved or recommended hair brands may be used for install services.

  • Hair that does not meet quality standards may affect the final result, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed when non-approved hair is used.


Any concerns must be communicated within 48 hours of the original appointment.

  • Adjustments are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Changes due to personal preference, improper aftercare, or failure to follow recommendations are not eligible for complimentary revisions.

Adjustments & Redos


To maintain a calm and focused experience:

  • No additional guests are permitted unless previously approved.

  • Phones should be silenced during services.

  • Children are not permitted unless they are the client receiving the service.

Guests & Environment


Remaining balances are due at the end of the appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments


The House of B3 reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

  • Repeated policy violations

  • Disrespectful behavior

  • Unsafe or unsanitary conditions

  • Failure to disclose relevant hair or scalp concerns

Respect, safety, and professionalism are non-negotiable.
